I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is absolutely unbeatable, just steps away from the basilica and right in the city center. The rooms, however, were quite cold even with extra blankets, and they were pretty noisy due to the nearby reception and street. The staff was friendly and helped me set up a city tour, which I appreciated. Overall, it felt a little crowded, but there are definitely some highlights.
